Value of property

Donate funds to completely outfit one division owner would get 1 to 5 people employed (the labor intense jobs like lawn care and landscaping would employ more people vs. the electrician.

Price varies per trade but varies based upon the needs of that trade i.e. Painter or electrician may not need a trailer and the equipment within and use a van their cost is ($40,000) which includes insurance; while the lawn care pro would need a total of $70,000 (2 ton dump truck [dealer cost $40,000]; trailer [dealer cost $6,000]; 2 zero turn mowers [dealer costs $12,000]; 2 walk behind mowers [dealer costs $8,000] and misc. equipment i.e. leaf blowers, power hedgers etc. [$3,000] plus annual insurance. A landscape division owner would need the truck and a slightly more expensive trailer but the big piece of equipment would be the tractor or BOBCAT ($30,000 - $60,000) so their total would be closer to $100,000. Donation is based on what donor wants to support - $10,000 up to $100,000 (someone could actually support multiple packages if they have a mind too.

We could also outfit a division owner by getting the above equipment one at a time from several donors i.e. someone may buy the truck, or the trailer or one zero turn mower etc. Price ranges from $1,000 upward to whatever donor wants to give.

With us acting as an agent for as much of the equipment as possible we would greatly reduce the price of everything. Examples: list price on the 2 ton dump truck is $55,000; the Aluma trailer is $10,995; the zero turn mowers are $9,500, and the tax savings averages 7.5% of everything and the insurance being based upon the group is between 20 and 40% less for each division owner. The other thing that happens with banding together is all divisions appear more professional by having services of a full office staff and best yet is when any division owner advertises it’s as if the entire organization is advertising with each of us referring our clients to other division owner services.

NOW, the absolute best thing! The vet gets all of this equipment for a low monthly fee (not set at the moment but we anticipate a full division equipment valued at $75,000 would cost somewhere around $1000 a month including insurance and buyout of equipment which by the way is far less than even a monthly truck payment) and instead of giving everything to the vet we can require them to payback some of these donors in kind by cutting their property (i.e. lawn care) at the donors home or office, working for free, until the equipment is paid off (1 or 2 years) so, both donor and recipient benefit (we could include 2 to 4 jobs a week that the division owner repays so it would not be overwhelming to any division simply a cost of doing business).
